2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from engaging our services.

3. Scope of Services

Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) offers a comprehensive range of digital solutions tailored to your needs, including:

  • Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.

  • Graphic Design: Custom designs for branding, advertisements, and promotional materials.

  • Web Design: UI/UX design, responsive web layouts, and prototyping.

  • Web Development: Front-end, back-end, and full-stack development services.

Any additional services outside the initially agreed scope may incur extra charges and require a new agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of services, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.

  • Respond to queries and requests for approvals in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all materials supplied to Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) do not infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

  • Pay all fees associated with the services as per the agreed timeline.

5. Payment Terms

  • All projects require a signed agreement and payment of a deposit (percentage determined during project initiation).

  • Remaining balances must be cleared upon project completion or as per the milestones outlined in the agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Payments are processed through secure channels, and payment disputes must be resolved within 14 business days.

6. Refund Policy

7. Confidentiality

Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client. We will not disclose, share, or use your confidential information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property created by Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) during the project remains the property of the Client upon full payment.

  • Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) retains the right to showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients must ensure all materials provided to Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) are free of third-party copyright claims.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of terms outlined in this agreement.

  • Mutual written consent between the Client and Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC).

  • Non-payment or delayed payment by the Client.

Upon termination, the Client must clear any outstanding dues, and Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) will provide all completed deliverables up to the date of termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure.

  • Losses incurred due to changes in the Client’s business strategy after project completion.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in the jurisdiction of Sarasota, FL, USA.

12. Amendments to Terms

Eroscon.com – (SM COMMANDO LLC) reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
